Sirikhwan Weaver leads debt issuance and market disclosure activities on behalf of member agencies while also conducting debt analysis, cash flow analysis and bond market research. As part of her responsibilities, Sirikhwan manages the communication with and coordinates the work of bond counsels, underwriters, paying agents and rating agencies. Sirikhwan is recognized by colleagues and public agencies alike for her diplomacy and attention to detail. On a national level, Sirikhwan served the financial advisory profession through her past service with National Association of Municipal Advisors’ Planning Committee and Communications Committee. Sirikhwan began her career in public finance in 2004.
Sirikhwan received her B.A. in Economics (Honors) from the University of California, Berkeley, and her M.A. in Economics from Boston University.
