Philippa Townsend has served as the Assistant Superintendent of Fiscal Services at the Capistrano Unified School District since July 2017 and has worked within the Capistrano Unified Schools District in other positions since 1996 along with two years at the Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District as Assistant Director, Fiscal Services. Ms. Townsend earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Massachusetts, Boston and an MBA from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
