Mr. Clark Hampton has served as the Deputy Superintendent of the Capistrano Unified School District since May 2012. Mr. Hampton has been working in financial and operations management for over 35 years with the last 25 years in education, previously as a Systems Analyst and Accounting Manager for Logicon RDA, a $300 million defense contractor; as Director of Studio Finance for Paramount Pictures; and as Controller for a private non-profit University; and eight years as Chief Business Officer in two other school districts in Orange and San Diego Counties. Mr. Hampton held a Top Secret security clearance with the U.S. Department of Defense and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Business at Southern Illinois University with a major in Finance and an MBA from California State University-Northridge with an emphasis in Finance and Decision Support Systems.
